Mobile Eddy Current
Mobile Eddy Current Separator
Turmec has recently launched a state of the art Turmec Mobile Range Eddy Current Separator 2500 wide. A mobile recycling plant which is efficient, mobile and low maintenance solution, that takes mobile waste separation to a whole new level. Turmec’s Mobile Eddy Separator is a perfect solution for a mobile industrial waste shredders.
Turmec’s Mobile Eddy Current Separator is able to achieve high capacities within a compact design, yet capable of processing 300m3 per hour of material.
Developed by Turmec this TMR Eddycurrent E2500 is truly unique featuring the widest magnet drum and eddy current rotor on the market at 2500mm wide.
With this additional width comes the highest capacity mobile unit in the marketplace able to process 300m3 of material each hour, this equates to 50tph of timber.
Along with the 300m3 per hour throughput comes a highly capable stockpile conveyor with a discharge height of up to 5750mm
The design is focused on providing operators with an unmatched combination of flexibility and robust performance from a mobile plant. The TMR Eddycurrent will effortlessly integrate into the most demanding of situations.
Industrial Shredder
Built to bolt onto the back of mobile shredders for the wood industry, or for post-processing – for example, glass, incinerator bottom ash (IBA) or solid recovered fuel (SRF) – Turmec’s Mobile Eddy Current separates ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
The Mobile Recycling Plant comprises a vibrating feeder with unbalanced motor drive, magnetic rotor, and conveyors for collection of ferrous and non-ferrous materials, with another for discharging residual waste.
Built to ensure the highest standards of durability, the mobile separator plant is ideally suited to waste processors serving multiple sites, demolition specialists, and operators of any scale in need of additional capacity from a standalone, robust and reliable plant.
“Turmec’s Mobile Eddy Current Separator is the product of many years’ experience of designing, manufacturing and installing waste processing plants,” says Joe Coffey, Turmec’s Business Development Lead.
“This machine combines high performance with durability while separating ferrous and non-ferrous particles. Our innovative design ensures the plant delivers both high-quality output and a trouble-free, low maintenance service life while being easy to be transported between plants.”
